Dr. Mary-Aude Rochat
Operations Manager
Lausanne
Mary-Aude Rochat leads lab operations at our Lausanne site with a hands-on, solution-driven mindset. Her experience across technical training, academic research and biotech gives her a sharp understanding of how labs work and what teams need to thrive. Practical, responsive and fully engaged, she keeps the lab safe, efficient and always one step ahead.
Dr. Yasaman Shamshirgaran
Operations Manager
Zurich
Yasaman supports the operations of our Zurich site. She holds a PhD in Molecular Biology and brings over 10 years of hands-on experience in world-class academic and pharmaceutical settings, including AstraZeneca and the University of Gothenburg. She has strong expertise in working within life science laboratories, particularly in environments with varying biosafety level requirements.
Anne Muller
Head of Operations &
Partnerships
25+ years’ experience in Quality Control, Lab Operations, and Regulatory Compliance across biopharma, pharma, and life sciences. Proven track record from early development to commercial phase. Skilled in managing GxP labs, suppliers, construction projects, and teams. Strong expertise in CDMO/customer contracts, QMS implementation, and regulatory alignment. Responsible as Superlab Safety Officer with EHS oversight. Recognized for driving efficiency, compliance, and cross-functional collaboration.
Ezgi Yagmur Kala-Kalkan, PhD
Marketing & Sales Assistant
With a background in cancer biology and translational research, Ezgi bridges science and business. She combines scientific expertise with strong communication and coordination skills to help life science companies connect with the right people, resources, and opportunities. At Superlab Suisse, she works in marketing and business development, helping companies establish, grow, and succeed within the Swiss life science ecosystem.
Dr. Alexandra Martiné
Director of BD & Operations
Geneva
Alexandra leads Operations and Business Development for Western Switzerland, ensuring structured and efficient execution across the region. With a background as a Director in Cell Line Development, she brings a strong understanding of biotech operations, team leadership, and complex workflows. Her strategic and collaborative approach strengthens our daily operations while supporting the growth of the Superlab Suisse community.

Zhang Xi graduated with a Masters degree from ETH Zürich in 2006, CEO of EXH Design in Shanghai and Zurich. After completed various large scale laboratories projects for pharma companies in Europe and China, she founded Superlab Suisse AG in 2019 in Zurich, Switzerland.
